Teri Stansfield

Welcome, I am Terri Stansfield. This is my second year serving as the Early Literacy Interventionist at Fennell Elementary Magnet School. This is my thirty-sixth year teaching in Hampton County. Through my career in education, I have taught many different subjects and grade levels. I am blessed to have several former students now working in our school district; serving in various capacities from cafeteria personnel to teachers, athletic coaches, and one school administrator. (Yes, I was Mr.Sanders’ 2nd grade teacher...and now, he’s, MY principal.) My educational training includes earning my bachelor's degree in education from East Tennessee State University, a master's degree from in education with an emphasis on incorporating the fine arts within the regular curriculum from Lesley University, Gifted and Talented Certification, and most recently, my Early Literacy Interventionist credentials from Clemson University.

Clarissa Geddis

Clarissa Geddis is a proud native of Hampton County and a Class of 1992 Wade Hampton High School graduate. She attended the College of Charleston and obtained a BS degree in Elementary Education. She later went on to attend Lesley University, graduating with a Master's degree in Creative Arts. She received her Educational Specialist degree in the area of Reading from Arkansas State University in 2024. She is enjoying her first year as the Reading/ Instructional Coach at Fennell Elementary Magnet School. Mrs. Geddis is married and has one son- Kingston- who is in the 9th grade. This is her 28th year of teaching and she is very excited and already planning for next year!!!!
